Clock Math

Today’s workout was great practice in not only barbell cycling and pacing but also CLOCK MATH!!
Here is Vivienne, Grayson and Ken figuring out their splits and seeing if they truly got faster each round!

5 Sets:
7 Snatch Grip Deadlifts @ 3121 Tempo
3-4 DB High Pull @40x1 Tempo/Side
:25 Side Plank/Side

5 Rounds:
10 Touch And Go Power Cleans @ 50-60% of 1RM
400m Run
Rest :60
