This day and age, or any i guess, it’s hard to slow down take a minute and see how you’re doing. This tempo cycle has been a great exercise in slowing down, feeling more of what you’re doing, and maybe even learn something you wouldn’t have otherwise, going at normal (lighting) speed.
Being able to slow down in certain movements demonstrates ones ability or lack there of). It’s one way to see the art in movement - can you slow down, or even pause? Relaxed face? That’s an example of skill in motion (or no motion).
