Not So Old Dog and a New Trick

Karen has been doing Crossfit longer than I have (which is over 15 years) and has never been able to string her toes to bar together. Today’s workout was a great opportunity for her to practice the rhythm and skill of kipping toes to bar, and she took the opportunity and ran with it!

Workout:

3 Sets:
8-10 Good Mornings

3 Sets:
6-8 SA KB Cossack Squats/Side
12-15 SA KB Bent Over Row/Side

5 Rounds:
(3 Rounds):
100’ Sled Push
5 Toes To Bar
Then
2 Minute Active Recovery: Row, Bike, Ski or Jog
