Sugar Kane

John Kane is one of the most inspirational competitors that I know. Besides being extremely dedicated and diligent about his training when he’s competing, he has always balanced this with his family life. He also is the first person to encourage someone else and give them tips or hints on how to approach a workout or a lift or some other skill in the gym. Proud to call him a client and a friend.
