Some of you may have seen one of our newest members of the gym; Cooper Shank. He is the 12 year old son of Ted (a long time member) and has started doing some personal training sessions to help improve his surfing. Gone are the days when surfers surfed and then hung out and did “surfer stuff”. The next generation of surfers seem to be more interested in doing things outside of their sport (strength and conditioning) to help them get better at surfing!
