Negative Splits

TJ and Gary were going rep for rep on the first round this morning.
Were you able to get negative splits on today’s workout? It wasn’t easy to do— you had to really hold back in the beginning, when you’re feeling the best, and then really push at the end when you’re feeling the worst.

2 Back Squats @ 333x Tempo (Building to a tough double)
10 Double KB Pendlay Row

5 Rounds:
400m Run
15 Squat Cleans (135/95#)
Rest :60
*Goal is to get faster each round
