Getting After It!

The 6am crew GETTING AFTER IT this morning!
The original workout called for a 2k Ski and then 200/150 Calories on the Assault Bike before the Overhead Squats. Due to less skis and bikes, I changed it a bit to make sure there wasn’t any back up. I was impressed with how many teams got close to the original numbers given the 8 minute time frame!

Workout:

12-15 Minute to build to a tough set of:
1 Hang Power Snatch (pause at knee and in catch positions) + 1 OHS (pause in bottom of squat)

Teams of 2
8 Minute AMRAP: Ski Erg for Meters
8 Minute AMRAP: Assault Bike for Cals
100 OHS (95/65#)
*Teams can split the work however they want
