The 8am Bench Dip Train from this morning.
Admittedly this has not been my favorite movement in the past. But today, combo-ed with the strict weighted chin ups, they actually felt really good. We’ve been doing a lot of super setting/pairing of movements over the past few months. Do you have a favorite combo?
