Glenn carrying the 88# KB and Brian using the farmers carry handle with 142#.
Carries can be a great way to “load” the body without having to do much flexion/extension. And a lot of our stabilizer muscles are employed during carries, especially around the midline. The last time we did heavy farmers carries my obliques were on fire the next day. Anyone else feel that??
