So Much Static

Lots of static holds and coordination on today’s 20 minute AMRAP.
Do you see a friendly face in here that we haven’t seen in a while??

Workout:

20 minute AMRAP with a partner:
10 reps front squat (65/95) while partner holds bottom of front squat (Reps can be split however the teams want as long as one partner is holding a static position)
10 reps front rack lunge while partner holds front rack.
10 reps thruster while partner holds barbell overhead.
Distance ladder (starting with 100 meters of run, row, ski, or combination as a team the first round. Each round adding an additional 100 m. Additionally, if anyone drops the barbell during the lunges/FSs/or thrusters they add an additional 100m per drop).
