Today was a great opportunity to “just lift”.
Many of us (myself included) find it hard to focus solely on the technique of a movement if there is a score that will go up on the whiteboard associated with it. Unless of course that score was solely reflective of one’s effort and not the outcome. So one way for us to mitigate that is to not write up scores, and just spend some time lifting and watching others lift as well.
