Pulling Planes

Upper body pulling is a great way to increase back, bicep and even grip strength. Pulling in different planes (vertical, horizontal and everything in between) is a great way to vary upper body pulling. Today a few people, like Mark here, tried lifting their feet up so they were higher than their hands, to vary it even more.
