It’s always a better partner workout when you and your partner are matching ;)
Melissa and Sabrina were both pretty in pink this morning.

Workout:

With a partner for time:
1 mile run (800m each)
80 sit ups
60 jumping squats
40 KBSs (35/53)
20 dips
10 rope climbs
20 dips
40 KBSs
60 jumping squats
80 sit ups
1 mile run
Each team also has a med ball (14/20) that must be held by one teammate at all times. Both can work at the same time as long as the med ball is held. 20 burpee penalty every time the med ball touches the ground.
