Ken, "Karen" and Seechiwa

Sequoia had some great tempo on his squats this morning.
And Ken, as far as I know, was the ONLY person who CHOSE to do the workout as “Karen” (all 150 Wall Balls) and then the 150 calorie row!! Needless to say, he did terrific.

150 Calorie Row
Remainder of time: Farmers Carry for meters (53/35# each hand)
