Partner or team workouts can be fun because you get to workout with a buddy, or buddies, but often times you are working so hard— we will do for others what we might not do for ourselves—that you don’t get to actually “enjoy” the partnership.
Today’s partner workout was nice because the work portion wasn’t so devastating that you couldn’t enjoy some good ol’ partner time. Here’s Janelle, enjoying some bar MU’s.
