Workout:

3 rounds to complete buy-ins at 6 different stations, working one minute at each station per round with a 2 minute rest at the end of each round. Once athletes finish each buy-in they can start running gassers for reps for the remainder of that station’s minute. The six station buy-ins are as follows:
1) 8 rope climbs
2) 40 box jumps (24/30)
3) 40 push press (65/95)
4) 60 tuck ups
5) 50 push ups
6) 40 med-ball cleans (14/20)
The score is the total reps of gassers.
