Partner workout: Round 1 Partner 1- 1 k run For as long as it takes partner 1 to run-partner 2 completes AMRAP of dumbells burpee/power clean/jerk(35/25).  Then switch Complete 1 full round of tabata sit ups Round 2 As a team partners complete 2 K row and dumbell thrusters alternating as needed.  Count total reps completed.
