Mary meets Nancy 5 rounds: Rounds 1, 3, & 5 5 Handstand Pushups 10 one-legged squats 15 pullups
Rounds 2 & 4 400m 15 Overhead Squats (95/65)
Start with 1 round of Mary, go right into 1 round of Nancy, right back into Mary, then Nancy, then finish with a final round of Mary
