Angie and Dwayne make it through the round of 500.

Workout:

3 Rounds: Front Squat (70 -75% of 1RM) 2 partners – same height and weight Partner A completes AMRAP in 30 sec Partner B completes AMRAP in 30 sec 3min rest

Record reps per set – target weight that allows 8 – 10 reps per set

Then reset partners so heavier lifters are paired, if possible, with lighter lifters For time: Partner A rows 500m Partner B holds a plank Switch Partner A rows 250m Partner B hold a plank Switch Partner A rows 100m Partner B holds a plank Switch

If the planking partner falls out of the plank at any time, Add 50m to that rounds row distance and plank time.
