But if you don't then what I meant was that it's all about having a good time and giving it all you got. Priscilla and Rod represent that amazingly, not just in these pictures but consistently in the gym, in all their workouts. These two embody what it's all about. Workout:

Work up to one heavy set of five

3 Pull up - 6 push up - 9 squats (complete 3 rounds before moving on to run)
