High Socks

PhotobucketA new gym policy will soon be in effect. If shins are exposed, long socks are REQUIRED to be worn for any barbell pulling movement off the ground. Simply make sure you have a pair of long socks at all times and every time you are in the gym. The socks must cover close to the entire shin, right up to below the knee, as seen in the above picture. It is a safety issue with your best interests in mind. We appreciate your cooperation! Workout:
