/Push, Jump, Pull. Matthew Tripp, in his first class workout, performs all three very well. Workout:
Work up to one heavy set of 5 bench press
then,
Partner workout - 10 rounds:
5 Bench
10 Box Jump
200m Row
Partner one does a whole round while partner two rests, alternate through for 5 rounds each, 10 rounds total. For time. Choose a weight on the bench you do not have to break up (5 rounds of 5 with out racking it). Choose a high box.
