Four rounds of four couplets: Reps Rd.1 | Rd.2| Rd.3| Rd.4 1. Row 100 meters, then wall ball reps: ( 16 | 12 | 8 | 4 ) 2. 5 Reps Bench Press (95/135), then du's: ( 40 | 30 | 20 | 10 ) 3. Run 100 meters, then KBS reps: ( 16 | 12 | 8 | 4 ) 4. 1 arm DB hang power snatch, then ring rows( 16 | 12 | 8 | 4 )
You have 1 minute to complete each couplet with no rest between transitions. There is a 1 minute rest between rounds. You get a score of 1 for each couplet completed within the minute. You can attempt to complete a couplet twice within 1 minute for an additional point, although there are no points for partial couplets completed.
