Fuel and sleep are imperative to our athletic performance. But just like our cars, our bodies also need diligent maintenance to keep running. We should be doing things on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Stretching, rolling, Trigger Point therapy, message, extra days/weeks off, playing a new (or old) sport, and meditation are just a few of the ways we can help ensure we're operating at our peak performance.
3 rounds: On the minute for 5 min Start the minute with 2 power snatches (65/95) 3 toes 2 bar 4 box jumps Rest for the remainder of the minute At the top of the next minute, add 1 rep to each movement Until all the reps cannot be completed within the minute, then Start the next minute at 2 , 3, and 4 again After 5 minutes, rest for 1 minute Repeat for two more rounds, restarting each 5 minute period at 2, 3, and 4 reps
