Maintenance

Photobucket Fuel and sleep are imperative to our athletic performance. But just like our cars, our bodies also need diligent maintenance to keep running. We should be doing things on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Stretching, rolling, Trigger Point therapy, message, extra days/weeks off, playing a new (or old) sport, and meditation are just a few of the ways we can help ensure we're operating at our peak performance.

Workout:

3 rounds: On the minute for 5 min Start the minute with 2 power snatches (65/95) 3 toes 2 bar 4 box jumps Rest for the remainder of the minute At the top of the next minute, add 1 rep to each movement Until all the reps cannot be completed within the minute, then Start the next minute at 2 , 3, and 4 again After 5 minutes, rest for 1 minute Repeat for two more rounds, restarting each 5 minute period at 2, 3, and 4 reps
