With a partner: Partner one completes 10 dips, sprints 40 meters while their partner slows them down with a resistance band, 15 KBS (35/53), 40 meter resistance sprint, then 15 wall balls. Partner two then does the same thing while partner one provides the resistance. Both partners alternate until each has completed five rounds.
