Teams of three complete three rounds each for time:
One teammate sprints through the following exercises while the other two do corresponding movements: Prowler push - The rest of the team holds a plank; 100 m row - team does a squat for every pull on the rower; 10 KBS - team does a push up for every kettle bell swing; 10 single jump ropes left leg and 10 right leg - team rests; 10 wall balls - team does a sit up for every wall ball; Prowler push - team does a plank. After completing the above, a different teammate rotates into the first position until all three teammates have done three rounds.
