Tanya Machnick enjoying the one arm snatch movement. There has been a lot of discussion about the regional workouts this year (if you haven't seen them already check out Workouts). One of the issues people are having with the programming is the use of 100# (men) and 70# (women) dumbbells for the one-arm snatch. Some are saying it's too much weight for such a technical movement done at high intensity. What do you think, is it too much? What is too much? Should everyone just suck it up, go as hard as possible and let the chips fall where they may?
