Obstacle course for time:
Two teams Two rounds of: 30 wall balls, 20 box jumps, and 15 reps of sit up to stand with rope assist. After finishing all reps, run an alley loop (800 m loop). Each team member can start their run when they finish their own reps and don't have to wait for the rest of the team. The opposing teams run the alley loop in opposite directions and do a Burpee each time they pass someone.
