Start by determining the max number of reps each person can complete in 20 seconds.
Then complete six rounds of four intervals, one for each movement. The first round there is 30 seconds of work for each interval to complete the number of bench marked reps each person established at the start, followed by 10 seconds of rest. There is 30 seconds of rest between each round. Each subsequent round the amount of time allotted for work is reduced by two seconds. The amount of time to complete the reps for each movement for the second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth rounds are 28 seconds, 26 sec, 24 sec, 22 sec, and 20 sec, respectively.
