One of the hardest aspects of olympic lifting is being consistent. One lift may feel impeccable, the bar flies up, you land with the it perfectly balanced in the sweet spot and standing up feels like nothing. Then sometimes the same weight, approached in the same way, feels heavy off the ground, barely accelerates through the middle and the lift is missed. If you watch closely, all three of Caryn's lifts (all very nice i might add) are a little different. If you were to take one of the three to build off of and try and repeat as consistently as possible, which one would it be? Workout:

Snatch Deadlift: 3-3-3-3-3
3 Snatches on the minute every minute for 10 minutes.
add weight every other minute
alternating tabata ball slams and burpees
score is the total of the 2 low scores
