Congratulations to everyone who made progress through the past ten weeks, whatever shape or form it came in. Whether it was pounds to your Snatch, added weight to the barbell in Nancy or just felt better about a particular workout. It is the number one goal of these cycles, to structure a program that allows the participants to realize progress. And that is why so many of us got involved in training and coaching, to try and help people progress. It's what makes our "job" so joyful.
