/Connor maintains a great back angle through to the bottom of the dumbbell deadlift. Workout:
Round 1 5 min amrap: 9 DB deadlifts (25/35#) 7 DB hang clean 5 DB push jerk 1 minute rest 50 double unders for time
Round 2 Repeat 5 min amrap 1 minute rest 50 lunges for time
Round 3 Repeat 5 min amrap 1 minute rest 50 box jumps for time
-score total reps for each AMRAP
