5 minute AMRAP:

10 medball situps (8/12)

10 burpees

Record total rounds completed (rounded up)  AND

total reps ( rounded up to a multiple of 10)


Multiply total reps by 30 for men, by 25 for women

Divide by the front squat weight to be used =

Total reps of Front squat to be completed

Then For time complete all of the following:

Total reps from above of Front squats – broken in any size sets wanted


Total rounds from above of:

25 double unders

5 Handstand push ups
