It's A Fight Gone Bad

1344118360One of the most difficult aspects of "fight gone bad" is performing the movement standards consistently across the whole workout. Mess ups happen, and that's all good, but if you are to test and retest with reliability you have to keep the tests as consistent as possible. How you do that is by performing the movement standards as prescribed, that way when you return to retest the workout you know exactly what your score represents. Here is Sharon hitting the line, one of the harder standards to consistently perform.
