10 dumbell push ups 5 single arm hang power snatch - Right arm 5 single arm OHS- right arm 5 SA- HPS - left arm 5 SA - OHS - left arm 25m weighted lunge with dumbells 50m farmer carry 25m weighted lunge Increase dumbell weight each round
