We discussed a good amount regarding the snatch today. One of the main points of emphasis was making sure that the bar contacts your hips at extension (of the hips). This does not mean you have to violently thrust the bar with you hips, it just means the bar has to be contact your body when you bring your hips through in extension. Alison was one of many today who had this idea click, benefiting tremendously from it. Workout:
