Russian Twist

Josh adds a nice little twist to the already tough V-up.

Workout:

With a partner:
One teammate completes 6 box jumps or box step ups, 5 dips, and 6 med-ball v-ups with twists (see video) while the partner completes twenty pulls on the rower.  Then switch positions.  Continue until the team has rowed 4,000 meters.
Cookie: 
With a jump rope - complete 20 singles, 20 alternating leg singles, and 20 double unders for time.
