Crossfit Football

Getting ready for the big game with a little Crossfit Football (literally).Workout:

With a partner,
2 minutes of work, 30 seconds rest of the following four movements:
Med-ball sit ups (10/12#)
Passers (gassers with football pass)
Weighted sled push (partners alternate on the sled every ten yards)
High knees/ burpees
For total reps, rest 5 minutes.
Then 49 sit ups, 9 passers, 4 sled pushes, and nine burpees for time.
