/There is so much information that can be considered in completing a snatch correctly. In the set up alone, before the bar even moves, we could probably list over ten important pieces - E.g. shoulders over the bar, knees out, back straight, gaze up, weight distribution, big breath, tension with bar etc. Looking at this photo of Bill, can you name some things with his positioning that he is performing correctly?
