Push It

The Sunday crew partners up for a hefty buy in and pushes for a big score! Workout:

2 Rounds - with a partner - 7 minute running clock Buy in: 1000 meter row and 80 wall balls, divided however they want, one partner rowing while the other does wall balls, alternating until the reps are completed. During the remainder of the 7 minutes complete as many reps of bench press (95/155) as possible, one partner working at a time.  Rest 3:00 Score is the number of bench press reps completed.

After two rounds are complete, 30 push ups for time.
