20 Minute Challenge: 40 Wall Ball (14/20#) 20 Box Jump Over (20/24in) 5 Rope Climb 30 Wall Ball 15 Box Jump Over 4 Rope Climb 20 Wall Ball 10 Box Jump Over 3 Rope Climb

*300 meter row every 4 minutes, including when the clock starts, i.e. row 300m at 0, 4, 8, 12 & the 16th minute. *Challenge is to finish the workout within 20 minutes.  Score reps if you do not finish within 20 minutes.
