Easter Sunday cool looking workout with Josh. Workout:

2 Rounds with a partner for total points 2 minutes of work with one minute of rest of the following four movements: Bench press (85/135#) - partners alternate every five reps (1 pt every 5 reps) Weighted wheel barrow walk, 60 feet (90/135#)  - partners alternate every 60 feet (1 pt. each) Burpee broad jumps - partners alternate doing three reps, jumping 5 feet each rep (1 pt. every 3 reps) Row  sprints, (target 500m split: 1:45/1:30) - partners row until they hit their target split then alternate (1 pt. per row)
