photo 1366656374_zps468f69ac.jpgIt's so important to keep that chest up out of the bottom of the front squat. It becomes very challenging in Elizabeth to do that as fatigue sets in. Every bit you let the bar drift forward with an "inclinated" torso, you put your body in a position where it has to generate more force to achieve the same range of motion. And every bit you keep the bar back with the elbows up, you put your body in a position where all the force generated can be directly applied to that range of motion.
