Standard Procedure

Some lifting, a workout and a your crazy little friend, just a normal Friday at CSCC! Workout:

Power Snatch 7 x 2 - 60s rest

3 Rounds: 2 minute AMRAP: 21 KBS 15 Wall Ball, right into 2 minute AMRAP row for meters Rest 2 minutes

If you do not have a Seacliff state park pass, your best bet may be to park by Cafe Rio and walk across the bridge. We are going to try and get one of the picnic table closest to that bridge. The workouts will be team challenges that you can complete at any time, ideally between 1 and 3pm.   The grille will be fired up around 3:30. We will also have a few stand up paddle boards and a couple longboards if anyone wants to venture into the water. We're looking forward to seeing you all there!
