Packed House

8am saw a packed house for another fun partner Sunday workout! Workout:

Three rounds with a partner:
2 minutes AMRAP of backsquat (100/150#).  Partner A completes a three rep buy in of air squats before every backsquat attempt by partner B.  Partners switch rolls after one minute.
30 seconds rest/transition to next station.
2 minutes AMRAP of floor press (25/50# DBs).  Partner completes a three rep buy in of push ups before every floor press attempt by partner B.  Partners switch rolls after one minute.
30 seconds rest/transition to next station.
2 minutes AMRAP of dead hang pull ups.  Partner A completes a three pull on the rower buy in before every pull up attempt by partner B.  Partners switch rolls after one minute.
1 minute rest between rounds.
Score is the team's total reps of squat, floor press, and pull ups, and meters rowed.
