Workout:

Three rounds with a partner for time:

50 wall balls, 50 KBSs, and 100 double unders each.

Each round start with laps around an approximately 100m track with the prowler (180#).  Teams can complete up to six laps as long as the sled never stops moving, with either one or both partners on the sled at one time.  Each lap around the track reduces the number of wall ball, KBS, and double under reps required by 5,5, and 10 reps, respectively.  For instance, if the team completed 6 laps they would only need to complete 20 wall balls and KBSs and 40 double unders for that round.
