Workout:

In teams of 2 complete the following (working at the same time):
100 Single Arm DB Hang Power Snatch (45/25#)
100 Wall Balls (20/14#)
100 Jumping Pull Ups
100 Weighted Lunges (45/25#)
100 Push Ups
100 Pass Throughs

*At the top of every minute one partner has to get 5/3 cals on the Ski Erg or Assault Bike, or do an empty Prowler Push while the other partner rests
