Central’s Fit4Lyfe℠ program is for the beginner or older athlete who wants to build a foundation of fitness that allows them to live well.

What is Fit4Lyfe?

Fit4Lyfe is a joint-focused training program designed to restore, maintain, and build strength, flexibility, and durability to the human body. We focus on longevity by improving your physical abilities so you can enjoy your life.

Who is Fit4Lyfe for?

If you’ve ever felt like aging is causing you to lose physical ability and gain chronic pain, and you’re ready to do something about it, this class is for you.

How does it work?

An ankle is an ankle, a shoulder is a shoulder. Humans are way more alike than we are different, and our bodies function relatively the same way. “Joint-focused” means we use a long-term approach to create durable muscles, tendons, and ligaments that support your body’s mechanics and thus supports your life’s endeavors, whatever they may be.

Is there a prerequisite level of fitness to participate in this class?

No. If you can get yourself to the gym, you are capable of participating. Every movement progresses to something more challenging and regresses to something easier. Our goal is to meet you at your ability level and gradually progress from there. We NEVER work through pain. If you still have concerns, or want/need extra guidance, we recommend starting with a one-on-one to get accustomed to the movements and your ability levels.

When is the Fit4Lyfe Class?

We currently offer this one hour class at 10:30am on Mon. Wed, & Fri
