Shoulder Press 3 x 1 

5 rounds:
1 minute AMRAP: 15 dip buy-in, shuttle run
1 minute rest
3 rounds:
1.5 minute AMRAP:  200 meter run buy-in, sit up
*score sit ups and shuttle runs

Boys Just Want To Have Fun

Chase had some breakthroughs tonight on his muscle ups.  After his first ever regular grip rep, he proceeded to get 2,3,4 and 5!  Notice the difference between the first and seconds reps?  On the second rep he has more of that integrated arch position in the back swing, most noticeable in the decrease in knee flexion. 
Boys just want to have fun... and lift weights.
