Get Athletic!

What do you notice about the position of Carly, Scott and Brian?  
They all have positioned their bodies at a 45 degree angle.  Your body knows that that is the most athletic and effective position to impart force on an object.  What position are you in when you push the prowler?  Are you too bent over?  Too straight up and down?

Workout:

5 sets to work up to a max prowler push - 15 meters up, 15 meters back.

3 minute AMRAP:
empty prowler push - 15 meters up, 15 meters back
